Drop Everything And Read - DEAR Day
Staff and students came to school dressed as their favourite book character. Some of the staff costumes were imaginative like The Big Bad Wolf (Mr Farrah), Pingu (Miss Brown) and Jasmin from Aladdin (Mrs Dube).
At 9am all staff and students in the school stopped their work and began reading for 15 minutes.
Prizes were given out to pupils who had been the most creative with their costumes.
