Pastoral
Heartlands Academy aims to support all students in all aspects of their school life, to help them to become responsible, mature and independent members of society.
Phase Leaders (for Key Stage 4 and for Key Stage 3) work with a dedicated team of Learning Managers (one for each year group) and Form Tutors, to ensure that all students are guided and supported, their successes celebrated and any problems supported.
The SHARP system is one example of support we offer, here there is a confidential source of advice and help for any problems and concerns students may have.
